Animal Posters

This is my first ever personal project. In 2016, I started browsing every single species listed in Wikipedia, for each animal order, class and family. It took me about 6 months to go through them all, for an original selection of 6000 species, all divided by their family. I realised that it would have taken me something like 30 years to paint them all. I went through another smaller selection and they are now down to 3000. In 2024, I painted about 200 watercolour animals and generated 5 animal posters. With this project, I originally opened my Etsy shop back in 2020 (during COVID)!
